Remember ABBA, I saw them tour.
I waited for Saturday Night Fever to come out in the movies.
The Exorcist was Actually " Cutting Edge"
There was no walkmans or shit like that.
Everything used "D" batteries.
A remote control TV still had only 6 channels
Bruno Sammartino was young and in shape.
Cable TV came out and you used a box with buttons on it to change the channels. ( This to was cutting edge)
A ten Speed bike was the most gears available.
Mopeds were about to be invented
Zeppelin tickets were on sale for Madison Square Garden.
You actually walked places.
The next town over was "BAD"
and Johnny Carson was Happily married..

2 years ago when I was checking out of the Marines, the admin clerk (who was a Lance Corporal/E-3) asked me how was it like growing up in the 80's with all of those colors back then.
