As a swede I can be proud of absolute abortions such as In Flames, Soilwork, Sonic Syndicate and Zonaria. Guess I need to relocate.

Sonic syndicate are by far the worst. In flames fans can at least seldomly be people who also listen to proper stuff, while the former is just an abomination ripoff emo cocksucker band that makes me aggressive every time I see one of their mongoloid cocksucker penisgargling fans.

There are tons of death metal bands in chile, most of them sucks dildos though... Sadism and Thornafire are cool because of their drummer, Juan Pablo Donoso... also drummer in Execrator, another cool band.
Ok then, another 3 chilean bands... Execrator, the band where Alvaro Lillo (now Watain live bass player) used to play, death metal with some nice grooves. Execrator myspace Execrator - Reprisal Nuclear, this is thrash metal in the vein of Kreator and Slayer. Most chilean thrash metal sounds quite similar to Slayer because of Tom Araya and his influence on the chilean metal scene... Tom is chilean is you didn't know. Nuclear myspace Nuclear - Sadistic Method For Crime Criminal, also a thrash metal band but they sound a lot more modern than Nuclear (most of it because of some Industrial/SYL vibes), maybe the most famous metal band in chile, the vocalist/guitar player, Anton Reisenegger, is like a metal celebrity in chile, they live in the UK though ![]() Criminal myspace Criminal - Deconstruction Criminal - Alma Muerta |

Haha no, you come into a bloodbath forum and insult bloodbath without any reason other than being gay and having the need to spew forth uninteresting opinions.
And be honest, you're the dark prince or black prince or whatever The writing style is just as penis-y |

False. Unless you have a death metal band you want to suggest or a non-antagonistic opinion to present there is no point in you posting in this thread. If you want to bitch about how shitty Bloodbath is and how everybody's music taste is inferior to yours please do it elsewhere.

So how about you get back to the topic of the thread and actually suggest a band. Unless you really are incapable of doing anything other than argue. I'd love to hear some of your suggestions. |

I like some of the stuff he listed too, but where's Tom Waits and Nick Cave? Dead Can Dance is very good.

So what if one person doesn't like the cover art... Cover art is merely a visual representation. The music should speak for itself. Since you seem to know so much about music and metal you should educate us all and suggest some good death metal bands we may not know about.

Ah, again the beauty that is opinion coming into play.
Unfortunately Terrestrial Requiem, sticking with the same releases becomes stagnant for many people. You happen to be the type of person who, while a lover of great music, feels a certain connection to the classics that seems to hinder your ability to enjoy a lot of what's out there today (duh, I know). The only real problem with this is the interwebs is full of the other type of person who rather enjoys a different take on [insert genre]. And herein lies the answer to your question of what one gains from listening to Bloodbath (I'll leave out Death Breath for I have yet to hear them) when Carnage and Dismember are around. Personally, I happen to enjoy other death vocalists aside from Robert Sennebäck, and while I love classics like Skin Her Alive...there are many moments where I'm in the mood for death metal that isn't that. Obviously this applies to any genre that other members have been fighting with you about. A good number of members have replied to your posts childishly, but the direct attacks that are your posts really beg for it...and boy is the constant forum strife getting old. Just because someone would rather listen to Blasphemy Made Flesh over Blasphemies of the Flesh doesn't mean that one is giving in to an "inferior ripoff," or "crap art," simply that they find that one band did something a bit different that they like more. It happens.

meh... that list have nothing but classics, it seems that he made it just to keep him safe from any reply, also, he posted a non-metal album list that nobody asked for in the first place and for what? to look cool? when someone say stop listening to this "crap" band because I say it, that person deserves to be burned... I don't listen to metal for any of the reasons this troll gave us, I do it because I like it, as simple as that, it's a matter of taste that everyone should respect to be respected, he doesn't so to hell with him.

Variety is the spice of life, imo.
Screaming for Vengeance is my favorite album of all time...but I still like to listen to other Priest albums. And yeah, because there are only so many Priest albums, sometimes I like a good Priest clone, too. We can ask "why?" all day, but in the end it just ends up being "different strokes for different folks". -D
