Well if they can't fill a 4.7gb disc, then I don't see how the quality could increase because they use a different media format.

I personally think HD for anything outside of games is rubbish, even watching movies all it does it makes the colours more intense, images sharper etc. And In the end it doesn't look realistic anymore.

I wouldn't mind if they managed to fill a full HD disc with extra's, as long as it's related to Borknagar :-)

'Tis a shame if its up in smoke. Evergrey had the BEST special features disc EVER - 6.5 HOURS of stuff, right from their first album recording sessions in 1996. For Borknagar, I wouldn't be expecting the world, but at least 2 hours would be awesome. Besides, the studio sessions of Epic were quite the lulz.

Asgeir dropping out can't bode well for how the new album is going to sound. That is unless they hire a drummer accustomed to more aggressive forms of metal, preferably Black Metal.

Though I'm sure Asgeir contributed some, I am pretty certain Oystein writes the majority of the music.
