Not Shadows Fall. It was In Flames, Throwdown, Nevermore, and Evergrey; I also saw the tour so I can vouch.

My report of the concert as well. It was a secondary market tour so it might not have even come to Chicago or Mokena.

Ah, ok, now that you mention EVERGREY, it does ring a bell.

This tour did not come to Chicago.

The tour in 2001 was Nevermore (Dead Heart In a Dead World), In Flames (Clayman), Walls of Jericho, and Shadows Fall.

I was also at this show. I was most excited to see Evergrey, since it was my first time, but I was also really looking forward to Nevermore since I hadn't seen them in a few years. Unfortunately Warrel was tanked and made a huge ass out of himself...that was the first time I'd been to a show where there were more "boo"ers than those cheering. Really, really disappointing. I hope the next time I see them they're a lot better. But Evergrey owned!

I didnt think Nevermore was that bad, but yeah Warrel was fucked up on something. Evergrey's performance was the finest 30 minutes of live music that I have ever seen in Lawrence.

Well, it definitely won't be a problem anymore due to his illness. Unless of course his drug of choice has changed. Hmmm...might help explain a few things.

BEFORE THEY PLAYED. There is an alley way behind the venue where the bands park their busses. My friends were cutting through the alley to get to the front door to get in and they saw Warrel being carried in before Evergrey even played so I guess to help sober him up or something.
