It means that it will be from a pre AYDY and BD, so anything from Lake Bodom to Hate Crew Deathroll

And I don't think a 15 sec longer recording is classed as "advanced". C'mon people, if I asked you to play 15 more seconds of a Nirvana or Green Day song, would it make it advanced? Narr.

The focus is on the riff itself, and the "advanced" riff in Tie My Rope is easier than the ROTW.

Well we're not exactly pro players. There's really good people, but not still any Steve Vai around, so normal and advanced part is ok, but I also think that advanced part should indeed be advanced and not just longer,

I think it's inspirational for Ben to participate in stuff like this so it'll push us all to improve our playing, drum tones, guitar tones, over production etc etc. I know some people don't care and others can't get better sounding stuff because of their equipment, but I believe there's always a way. With me figuring out how to use impulse files and writing that guide, I recommend everyone tries it for the next one!!
