You mean paying online from some finnish bank account? At least I had payment method "Credit cards and Finnish bank payments (Suomen verkkomaksut)" and it went straight to bank selection.

Is there any way of knowing whether my copy is a signed one? I 've started ordering at 12:00 SHARP, but the site was slow. I would like to know if I made it to the first 666

The 666 first ones are signed, but I think it includes the bundles.. So your copy could be signed.

Can't wait for it to arrive! Now I'm so hyper happy that I can't concentrate on work.

Only the first 666 copies are signed (and the #1 is to win). And I think it doesn't depends which bundle you bought.

I don't think it matters which bundle you get, either.
My concern was related with whether I am within the first 666 orders. I have no idea whether 666 other people already ordered the book (stand-alone or in a bundle) BEFORE me.
I guess you can buy thousands of books, but only the FIRST 666 are signed by the guys

Please let me know if there is any way I can know. Otherwise I'll just have to pray everyday to the dear metal lord, until I get the package at home so that I can see for myself if I was among the first 666 lucky ones

Oook, yeah i knew 666 copies only are signed, but didnt think they printed more than 666 lol. Ok, hope im among the 666 ! Had it in the basket since around 12.10 for 30mins or so, but couldnt get to pay thru the cred card site. Hope Im ok

thanks a lot for adding paypal! So i was finally able to order my book :-) I had some problems with the payment in the morning but now it worked fine.

I ordered my copy and my confirmation mails says that its ordern nro 1200. So I think that I didnät got signed one =(

As far as I know, the orders started at 1000 instead of 0. BUT I'm not entirely sure (check FB comments also)...
