I just got my hands on a beta version of a GF fx

wow, awsome card, though it makes more noise than a medium-large fragmentation grenade :P

my pc now:

P4 2.4 GHz
GF fx pro
1.5 GB Ram (rimm)

It seems though that now-a-days, Intel doesn't have as much marketing that they used to simply because they don't need it as much for they already have a reputation. AMD has came a long way as far as the quality and performance of their CPUs and their marketing. AMD is always one step behind Intel (even though AMD benchmarks are always one step higher than Intel CPUs) and I think that we will see a lot more of AMD and that they will surpass Intel one of these days.

hmm...and just shortly about Intel vs. AMD....

Intel will never reach the same speed as AMD...of course Intel have better performance and stabillity maybe, but never reach the speed of AMD processors.

For example...my AMD 2300MHz can kick ass to all Intel processors up to 2.8GHz, I can prove that!

so...Intel sucks for me

that computer case is just.... awsome!

and i go for Intel.. AMD maybe a bit faster but i like a processor which is stabel..
BTW... if you want a faster chip, you can overclock it

of course!!! And because of this reason I have AMD...to overclock it to its limits of course

this processor which I have now...is 33% faster than its original frequency...because I overclocked it...but in a few months when I will have water cooled system, it will be about 50% faster, or maybe more
