Well since Peavey wouldn't help me out the way Ibanez has been, I am going to check out the new Ibanez Thermion tube head when it comes out. I've also been courted by Genz Benz, but who knows at this point?

Amp/Rack shit:
Marshall Valvestate 100 Head
Digitech 2101 (main preamp, awesome)
ADA MP1 3 tube mod
Behringer Modulizer (as noise gate for the ADA)
BBE Sonic Maximizer
Rocktron Velocity 150
Engl 30/30 full valve Poweramp (blows everything in connection with the 2101)
other shit:
Line6 POD
Behringer Bass V-Amp
Dunlop Crybaby
Boss GE-7 Graphic EQ
old Ibanez Heavy Metal Distortion (sounds horrible)
Cabinets:
Gallien and Krüger 4x12 with Vintage 30s
Laney 2x12 with custom Celestions
Guitars:
Ibanez Randy Rhoads with broken neck
Charvel Randy Rhoads
Flying V Copy
Strat Copy
Ibanez SZ (it's a special modell, the neck body construction is carved like on the old SZs, looks like the SZ 320 but other Pickups and an other neck shaping)
Bass:
Samick 5 String

I owned a Marshall JMP1 Preamp and a Fender Floyd Rose Strat but I gave both away, hope to get a House of Speakers Cabinet (great cabinet builder from Germany) and a Schecter Hellraiser.

How does the 3 tube mod sound on the ADA? I thought seriously about having that done to an old one I have.
Chris.

This thread is sooo long... Thats cool.

Anyway.

Guitars:

Epiphone Les Paul ummmm Custom or Studio I think, I can never remember with EMG 81/85s

ESP V-250 LTD with passive EMG-HZs (lame), Floyrd Rose Tremlo.

Washburn 7 String

1978 Gibson ES-355 semi hollow.... thats worth a penny.

D-52 Fender Acoustic

1960s Harmony Acoustic

Some cruddy guitar that I rape for parts from time to time.

Les Paul Special I got for free and beat it up.

Fender Squire... we all started somewhere.

Amps:

Line 6 Spyder II Head with a Line 6 4x12 Cab w/ 4 Celest. speakers.... its really light to.

Line 6 Spyder I combo amp for when you have to keep things on the DL

Then some junky tiny amps that everyone has.

Of course I got all these pedals lieing around that I never use.

Things I want but can not afford include: Rack shit, noise gates, etc. Good pick ups for my ESP and 7 string.

Yeaa thats about it.

The 3 Tube Mod gives more gain to the both tube channels, you can get some old school gain sounds from the tube clean channel if gain is turned up a bit.
It sounds a bit more scooped overall to me and there's some mudiness I don't like very much, I like my Digitech 2101 more.
I think for your Jag Panzer Stuff the standard version of the MP1 sounds better, but that's only my opinion and I wasn't able to play a MP1 and a MP1 3TM at the same time throug the same setup, but, no risk-no fun .
I hope this helped you a bit.
