Unfortunately there's not much that can be done. And shorter screws from Schaller floyd won't help. Probably the best thing you can do is cut the screws for a couple of mm shorter.
Edwards E-AL-128, it's an OFR.
The funny thing is that there are wholes to put the "saddle screws" and the saddle further away from the pickups/neck.

Thereīs a chance that these guitars have floyd cavities too short for OFR. Check whatīs the lenght of the cavity from where the floyd studs are and to the the point where cavit ends. Iīd like to compare it to my Jacksons and see if itīs too short.

So i suppose a MM04 and a Seymour duncan SH-4 would sound pretty good amirite? Because if id ever get Jackson stars i would do like that because i would never leave the booster hole empty.

Hmm nearly the same as mine. I raised the string height to 4-5mm over the 24 fret. I the floyd works now but only because I pushed the longscrew with all my power against the string.

Yes, my sexuality is determined by the fact that I don not like something that you do -its opinion!

It would be nice without the odd paintjob, superstrats are cool, although Washburns are not.

The paintjob is awesome.

And man shut the fuck up, my Washburn is fucking perfect, everything I could have asked for when I went out to buy a 24fret string thru guitar.

Could be a slip Yeah i noticed after i got it that its very similar to Alexi's strap in seoul live vid. I got happy and pissed Because it would just increase the fanboi factor and actaully coz it looked great

Nice vids Mitch and Matias Your tone is awesome Mitch even with the practice amp, so I feel some serious jawdrops the day you get a power amp and a cabinet,

Thanks Jose I also liked Mitch's video...the rhytm tone was too thin for my tastes but that's not really his fault id guess. Your solo tone was pretty good IMO

QUESTION:

I am tuning my guitar down from E standard to D standard but the tremolo sytem is "dipping down" into the cavity and I do not know how to correct this. This probably has to do with the tremolo tension screws inside of the guitar. This indicates I should loosen the spring tension but the thing is I have already done so

Yes. Loosen the springs or if you have 4 springs you could Remove 1. There is also a possibility that you could change string gauge=offering more resistance.

ARG!!! Fuck me! I have done all those things besides changing strings (their strung with the stock .9's that came on the RG). I'll try some .10's this week (that's my string gauge preference).
