What's going on here?

Was this something that was once in circulation or did somebody have this custom made? Either way, I guess it's pretty cool. If it's a piece of crap though, I don't want to pay 16 dollars for it. Maybe some of you guys are interested.

There are many assholes out there that sell unofficial merchandise like this. That doesn't look legit to me.

Kinda looks like someone who knows his/her way around adobe photoshop, but maybe it's just me.
