^ Hahahaha if you notice I'm the one who posts the most, and I'm a Mac user. That'll probably explain why all the talk is about Macs. Maybe. But not all is about Macs. Satoshi Kon died and that's very sad.

Don't you feel weird to be the only one posting in this thread? :P

I'm anxiously waiting to get a Radeon 6770, doubt anyone in here cares

Well, I'm considering building a new PC, but I'm not sure if I can afford that
or fit it in the case I'm thinking of, which is going to be a small Shuttle type.

Anyway, back to Macs/Apple for a moment, there is one thing I like about
them a lot and that is the design, I mean, look at the Magic Mouse, a fucking
stupid idea, but it does look stunning and if you get one, get one of these as
well: http://geekbeat.tv/magiccharger/

If you don't wanna read, here's the video from behind that link which will
explain it just as well:

Now, that is some sweet stuff right there. And one more reason to have Mac
users, they almost always get the cool stuff like that charger. It's just the
nature of Mac users to do creative shit like that and I hate them for it.

^ Yeah, the design is great. Made by designers, for designers. The Magic Mouse is simply wonderful, why do you call it stupid? I think that charger is stupid, you only need a spare pair of rechargeable batteries so that your mouse doesn't run out. I'm not gonna spend USD 50 on that (I'd rather buy a Kindle or a new game).

The mouse is stupid cos anything you're gonna do is done better with a regular mouse.
What are you gonna do with the gestures that you couldn't do with a few clicks anyway.
I think the Magic part is that it makes a shit ton of money for Apple for a mouse that
costs them like 10-15% of the price to make.

Anyway, the charger is pretty awesome because from what I've read that thing sucks
batteries like crazy and of course it's much nicer than changing batteries... it's all about
the design, why wouldn't you wanna make most of it?

But yeah, I can see the $50 going for something smarter, but then I would've used the
mouse price on something else too, like Kindle, the new one looks pretty awesome...
still, a dedicated reader vs. netbook... which I opted for btw, turn it sideways and read
my books and comics on it, can't do the later on a Kindle.

I need some type of Kindle/DVD Player/iPod combo (with ample hard drive type space), I think to truly make my traveling much more enjoyable. Now, if I could get a DS thrown in the combination, what more would I need?

Well, finally updated to Firefox 4 RC. Only one of my extensions wasn't working, along with my theme, so that is no biggie and already replaced the extension (All-in-One Gestures) with another one and only lost 1 function which I use rarely, so overall, I'm happy. Now I just have to find a new theme.

As with 3, the main problem is that it takes too many resources. I have a lot of add-ons, e.g. I type in five different languages, so that takes up a lot of resources. For example, right now 3 is taking about 453MB of Real Memory, and 349MB of Virtual Memory. Since this is a 4GB iMac, it's fine; however, with 4, the browser is twice (more?) as fast, but also takes twice the amount of resources. With 4 I saw, for the 1st time ever (in my computer), a program take more than 1GB of memory. I really want to switch, but won't, not just yet. At least I provided a lot of feedback when I was using it.

Funny, I already updated to FF5 and it only takes 300mb (only 2 tabs tho), maybe FF just sucks on a Mac or your extensions suck balls.

In other news, I gave up and got an Android phone, posting this from it, HTC Sensation. I fucking love this thing.

It also dropped my PC use even more than not bothering with PC games anymore (only Xbox 360) for me (and this phone too).

Also no longer do I have to connect to a PC for podcasts, there is an app for that and since I got wifi at home I don't even use any of my 3gb/month dataplan. Awesome, awesome, awesome. So impressed.

Well I have a lot of add-ons, and usually have at least 8 tabs opened at the same time. So I think 2 tabs will be ca. 300MB or less, actually. Right now 700MB, with 12 add-ons.

I wish I had time for those. Especially Diablo III. Max Payne 3 scares me. I'm afraid I would hate it, I just cannot imagine that the new setting is anywhere near as great as that of the first two games. The movie is very high up on my list of the biggest disappointments in my life. Does anyone know if Mona is alive in the new game?

I haven't played Max Payne, to be honest. My roommate (Rampage_Sword ) plays Diablo III ALL the time; addicted is an understatement haha; poor FFXIII-2 is all neglected.

And Martin B. doesn't like the server problems haha.

I used to play a lot, all the time, not so much anymore; I think I haven't played a game in more than a year, which kind of makes me sad.
