for the record, i just messed around with this sim and, the features are really cool like changing the mic positions and tone stacks, but in the end the tone is garbage. Hopefully someone will pick up on the customizable concept

I tried it and I liked it a lot. I tested all ampsims. I think KUASSA is really good. It has an intuitive fast and simple interface. And u can deal a lot of parameters.

It has some cool sounds. Some interesting metal tones, too. To me the not metal sounds were easier to dial in. But it has some serious oomph with the Black amp and some TS in front of it.
The cabs are really interesting. Not sure yet if I will like them in the long run but they are equed in a very usable way right out of the box. And then you can change some parameters. Will give the demo more time.

I think with some heavy eq'ing this could sound pretty good, I like it for jamming, but for a polished mix, I would rather use TSE X30, but I'm not saying I don't like this! Its good, just it takes a lot of tweaking to get sounding good enough

There arent any other amp sims i know of that can do that whole changing the mic position that way, and changing between that many tone stacks. But on the other hand, i dont like how it sounds, so i think the tone is garbage, but i like the concept alot.

I'll have to agree that the tones are not so great....for guitar.

HOWEVER, I am finding it quite good for adding some grit to my bass tracks!

Tried it, and I think that itīs quite good acually!

It doesnīt do metal like LeGion or X30 - nothing beats those two at that - but itīs full of usable tones for a wide variety of different styles.

Waiting for the Mac release
