Evergrey in Sala yesterday

I saw Evergray in Sala, sweden yesterday. They were supported by the swedish band Sabaton. And i have to say, Sabaton played the asses of Evergrey. I like Evergrey, i was there to see them. But the support act was so much better that i was stunned. I bought their record at the consert, and this album, Primo Victoria is so goddamn good, i've been listining non stop since the consert yesterday.

Never heard of Sabaton before, but i have a feeling that i will hear a whole lot of them in the future.

Now I think that is a very useless thread, I listened to their mp3's and they are an ordinary power-metal band, never ever comparable to Evergrey. Just listen and decide:

yah i just heard those mp3's. you can't compare them to evergrey.

i liked the guitar, but the singer does not impress me much. i have to say that the vocals ruined it for me.

I think Sabaton has a very good clean sound. And you can understand the lead singer. Thats a + in my eyes. I like em.
