Good thing : My coffee this morning, it was fucking epic.
Bad thing : It's the end of the year and everything is rushed. I'm a guy that loves to procrastinate, I'll leave you thinking about the aftermath .Cheers from CoB boards.

Best: Secured our new rented house down in sunny Exmouth.
Worst: Found out how much said house was going to cost ![]() The actual rent is fine, it's just the lump-sum to get us going that's going to hurt. £150 admin fee (which might sound a lot, and certainly isn't cheap, but is about average really), then six weeks rent as a deposit and the first month's rent up front. Also, we have to pay the final month's rent on the old place too. So essentially in June I need to pay three and a half month's rent at once. Waaah. I think this is a case where I need to run to mummy and ask for some money ![]() |

yeah we had the same, cost us £660 to move in, fair enough we get about half of that back when we move, but still, it's a harsh sum to pay up at once... especially for a place as fucked up as where i live
