Sorry, misinformation.
There are two similar riffs on Versus the World and With Oden...
But I don't remember which ones. They're both around the middle of their respective albums, though.

I don't really remember the name of the song, they have just too many albums.

Exactly; it goes back to context. Using an identical riff as some other band is not inherently bad. It's the implementation of that idea into a different framework that is important.
