I haven't listened to it enough but my initial reaction is that its too much along the lines of Mikael Akerfeldt featuring Ihsahn

Yes let's all buy the album just because Ihsahn once made a great album like 14 years ago and released average-to-decent music after.
Fans of him are such whores. He could do western music and metal fans would still buy it.
