Long hair for the win. It's been only recently that I've been able to keep it in a pony tail without some of it coming undone easily.

People shed hair every day and it grows back. If you look at the hair and see the hair follicle at the end, then maybe you have something to worry about. I used to worry like hell about going bald, because it runs in my family. But now I'm 30 with no signs of hair loss so I think I'm in the clear.
