Sometimes I take them off, while other times I don't. It's usually when I forget to take them off.

Then what about in the morning, do you put on your shoes and stuff when you get up for breakfast? If not, doesn't it get dirty to walk around without shoes were you always use dirty shoes usually? Or do you like clean every day or something? :d This is fucking strange to me seriously.

I shouldn't get cold feet because I don't have carpets?
Yes, I put on my shoes when I go to breakfast.
Why?
Because I go to boarding school, and I have to walk for 5 minutes for my coffee fix.
Likewise, my room gets cleaned weekly, so I don't have to worry much. I never make that much of a mess.
Srsly. Its possible to walk around in shoes without getting things dirty. Just takes a bit of skill.

No because your room should be rightly heated if you got radiators etc.

Yes, but who wants to think about that when you are home, it would just be annoying?

Well it is equally annoying to put your shoes on in the morning as it is to take them off when you get home?

Not really. I have incentive (coffee) to put them on in the morning, but no reason whatsoever in the evening.
I don't actually do anything to get them dirty. Laziness is awesome, try it sometime.

For me it would be more work to have your shoes on, because nowdays it is pretty wet and dirty outside so I would have to clean everyday and I wouldn't be able to for example have my feet on my desk like I have right now, or just lie in my bed and watch a movie or something. It is just more convenient to take them off when you go inside. It is not like it is hard. Boots can be annoying to put on (but not take off) sometimes but It's not like you run out and in of the house all day long right?

Unless you have a portal to Hell in your basement through which fire demons emerge regularly, and you have to keep running out to a well in your yard to get water to douse them with. Then you're kinda screwed.
