I want to be the first to say... (sports warning)
...this is the beginning of the end of the Patriots post-2000. I predict Junior Seau, Rodney Harrison, and Teddy Bruschi will retire. I predict Bill Belichick might retire depending on how deep Congress wants investigate Belichick's cheating. I predict the Patriots will win 10 games next year, at most.
What do you predict?

It's not being gay, there's a thread for it already. You don't need two threads for one fucking subject. I agree with you... the Pats are not going to be near as good next year as they were last year. But fucking keep it to one thread. I don't see how this deserves it's own thread.

hmm... You seem way too angry about this... it seems that he just wants to make it very apparent what he's trying to say.
Anyways, of course the Patriots aren't going to be as good next year... they only lost one game. Seau's gone, Bruschi is gone, but Harrison will be there. You forget that they have a top 10 pick this year and they always have a stellar performance in the free agent market. They may not be as good, but they'll be right there with the Chargers and Jaguars next year.
I hate to burst the Colts fan's bubble, but they're more poised for a downfall than the Patriots are. Harrison has probably played his last game and in all likelihood Bob Sanders can't stay healthy another whole year. With San Diego and Jacksonville having ever maturing quarterbacks and San Diego having a whole year to adapt to Norv's system, they'll be the powers in the AFC next year.

Honestly, I take that back ender. Didn't realize how many threads you actually do make. However, the fact that you use "The" and "thread" in every title discredits you, therefore making me right by default...or something.

Eh... I really wanted the Giants to lose and I'm not in the best mood because of it. Have fun with your gay shit.

NE will probably still win 11-12 games next year. Don't forget that their division is bad. Miami will still be awful, and Buffalo and NY won't be any better unless they get better quarterback play. At worst that's 5 wins for the Pats, and they shouldn't have a hard time winning the East. Their defense is getting older, but they'll most likely address that in the draft.

1 first round pick isn't going to be a substitute for half of their defense possibly leaving next year. You have to remember, Asante Samuel, Randy Moss, and Donte Stallworth is going to be a free agent next year, and the Patriots are almost like the Bears in the sense that they don't pay their top-tier players shit (except Brady). So unless they just all of the sudden shit out a ton of money (which is definitely within the realm of possibility given the people who run the organization), next year is going to be pretty rough.

The Colts are one of the youngest teams in the league brother. It's true that Bob is injury prone, but it's pretty much proven that when he does play the Colts defense is amazing (except the Chargers game ). Harrison isn't done, he's said so himself. It was pretty obvious that he wasn't healthy enough this season and should have been placed on IR, which I was pretty angry that he wasn't, but he'll be ready to go next year. He's been hurt one time in his career, I just can't see this being the end for him.

Moss will be back, and so will Samuel. Stallworth, on the other hand was a disappointment this season anyways, and can be replaced by a Desean Jackson type, who will fall to the Patriots.
If you remember, Seau wasn't even slated to start this year. They'll pick someone else up to replace him, and losing Bruschi will hurt, but that won't be enough to knock them from the elite teams in the league.
I think that Jacksonville has to be the favorite over either of these teams next year. They continue to get better, and I hate to imagine what they could actually do if they signed or drafted a play making wide receiver.
