I think the IMG might be lost in the sea of boards that UM has become. Another thing I noticed in the past when I tried to get other musicians to come here and join in the fun is that people aren't motivated to do any actual recording. Mostly people would say, "that's really cool, I'll join..." and then no follow up.
When I pressed them they would say "I've been too busy" or "I don't know how". No matter their reasons, I think they missed out on a lot of fun.
There is the legal aspect, I mean, with Bush's henchmen running wild after everyone that can't contribute millions to his cause, people are wondering if the Fbi will show up at their door saying..."Hey you belong to that infamous IMG...those dirty outlaw band of musicians who record cover songs for fun...Ooh...you evil doer you!!" LOL.
