Exclamation Aja Collaborating with Phil Campbell

Just a couple of days after Aja announced her departure from the Maidens, Blabbermouth.net posted this article.
Blabbermouth.net - Former THE IRON MAIDENS Singer Collaborating With MOTÖRHEAD's PHIL CAMPBELL - July 3, 2008

I wonder how long it will be before this thread gets deleted too.

There is no bickering, snide comments or things like that in this thread (yet!) so it will not be deleted.

Lots of negative comments on the Blabbermouth boards, though. These people have obviously not heard and seen Aja do her thing! Phil Cambell is also a very underrated guitar player IMO.

Just about anyone and everyone is fair game at Blabbermouth. Almost half of the negative comments are towards Phil. I really don't know why, as I'm not familiar with Motörhead's history. And it looks like Lynn Woolever himself has posted over there.

Blabbermouth comments are as intelligent as You Tube comments. Best just to ignore them.

I have mixed feelings. My first reaction is I can't wait to hear this. I think it would be great to have new Aja stuff. Drink some cocktails in my living room with a new Aja and Phil CD going.

My other feelings is why not be in Iron Maidens and do solo stuff at the same time?

My other feelings is we all know how hard it is to have a successful band with dedicated fans, and it always amazes me when people leave bands, or bands breakup or the like when you are already living the dream.
