I don't know if anyone else saw this at www.darklyrics.com , but......I was just kinda like "what the hell?" lol

No we don't know what they're whispering in it....that "lyric" is from behind the cd-tray and some smart person decided to send it to darklyrics. It's probably some MSN conversation or something similar.
Stupid to include that as the lyrics to Inside The City Of Glass. I mean,I sent the poem that's in the Pain Of Salvation - The Perfect Element booklet before the title song as the lyrics to Falling (the instrumental before TPE),but at least it has something to do with the album. That just looks idiotic up there. Then again,I doubt it's going to stop me from sleeping.
