I saw Casino Royale a few days ago. Better than I expected, but not exactly ultra good. At least it was violent

I saw little miss sunshine yesterday, and was very pleasantly surprised.
I recommend it to everyone..

You must spread some more reputation before giving it to LifeDepraved again

Is tv series allowed here as well? Anyway my favourite gotta be "Oz". It's just such a damn dark series with great depth and feeling. Too bad they ruin it in the last season with all the character killing.
"Weeds" is probably my current favourite thanks to the mix of drama and comedy that's right up my alley. Gotta love Kevin Nealons slacker character.

There is no way to explain how stupid that is. Those movies are wanked out in one year to make money. saw 3 explaining saw 2, hah. have you seen hostel? pure crap.
the shinning, now thats a horror movie. snuck into apocalypto the other day cuz i wont pay for a mel gibson movie but saw it because kev said it was good, and it was awesome. some of the parts were too hollywood ya right, too coincidental but overall good stuff. |

the story was dull but I kinda like this kind of low budget horror films. The Shinning is the classic, of course and I am a Stanley Kubrick fans. |

I saw The Fountain last week. It sucked. I thought it would be great considering the director (Requiem For A Dream, Pi). But the movie didn't make any sense. Like is the doctor in present time really the conquistador? And why are they floating in a bubble in space in the future? Fuck that movie.
I saw a slew of bad films on TV recently too. Stay, The Ice Harvest, Doom, Fun With Dick And Jane. I'm glad I waited until these pieces of crap came out on TV. I'm going to go see Apocalypto, Eragon, and Rocky Balboa soon. Hope they're good. -Vince

I saw this weekend:
- Dawn Of The Dead (TV), pretty OK, quite funny at times. - Kiss Kiss Bang Bang, (DVD), bit weird, but OK. - 8 Mile (TV), pretty good movie, interesting. |

So, he wrote the last chapter about him being in a bubble in outer space? But what does that have to do with the conquistador story? Oh my god! I'm stupid! Wah. Cunt figare it oot.

Bereavement: so SAW 3 sucks bad? I still haven't seen it but I was planning to do so, as the 1 and 2 were fucking great in my opinion... I love them and thought the third part was gonna kickass... oh well
Anyway I'm gonna see it and then tell you what I think about it, I'm so weird, maybe I like it, hah.Last saturday I saw The Prestige or something like that... it's about magicians err... and stuff. I really have no comments. It wasn't awfully bad but it wasn't THE movie either... neutral. I saw some of you named Requiem for a Dream, Pi, The Shining... well, Requiem and The Shining are one of my favourites. Such excellent movies. I love Requiem's soundtrack. Clint Mansell rocks. And Jack Nicholson in The Shining was fucking great. Every time I see that movie I can't help but being fascinated by his performance. And about Pi.. I saw it only once and it was some years ago and I was a bit drunk, etc... yes, bad moment to see that movie, I remember very little but it's on my list of next movies to watch again. Also another one of my faves is In the Mouth of Madness. I totally LOVE that movie and watched it again after some years at a friend's house... we laughed so hard... it's fucking cool in my opinion. I love Sam Neil's performance there, it's fucking great haha, he really makes you believe he's insane... the old man with that freaky white hair Einstein-like, riding the bicycle on the road... haha, no comments. Pan's Labyrinth looks good. I wanna see it. [Hehe I remembered Labyrinth with David Bowie ]
