I didn't listen to their albums properly, but I saw them live several times at the festivals, last time in Sweden a year ago, I guess. They were... oh Kev, believe me, there were lame. Indeed. And Deris pretended to be Jesus Christ or someone like that. I think he forgot that he's over 40 and he's not that pretty boy anymore...

I'm sure many of you, like me, have been unvoluntarily confronted with a song called "Hey there Delilah" by a band called Plain White T's.

My GOD how I despise that song, I can't even begin to describe the feeling of utter agony and discomfort this song causes me

And it's played on the radio EVERY. FUCKING. DAY!! <insert extremely violent smilies>

I see your point. I listened to it oncebecause it was linked to a youtube video I got send by my girlfriend. It fitted then and it had a nice gesture. But remove that personal attachment and all you have left is a really, really awful song which never stops being played (at least in retail stores, I don't listen to radio).

Funny thing is, a schoolmate told me the song actually came out in 2005 or so. Mainstream sure is slow?

And Maroon 5 and John Mayer.

That song was really popular last summer here. For some reason people absolutely loved that song. I agree with you. It is one of the most god awful songs to come out any where.
