Awesome
the thing that makes FoABP so good is definitely how even the songs are. IA has a couple of songs I dont really love that much, but everything on FoABP is just really good or even better

I would prolly chose both IA and FoABP over Deadwing. Deadwing just doesnt have as much depth to me. It does have a lot of catchy rocking songs like Open Car, Shallow etc. that gets their live gigs going though.

Deadwing was also a grower on me (just like FoaBP) but it was the album that really triggered my PT-obsession. It's fantastic i.m.o., all songs are great except Halo, which somehow never really clicked with me, it works pretty well live though.

Apparently
![]() Have you seen the song performed live? It's just CRUSHING. The string arrangements make it SO incredibly heavy and bombastic. And the drumming is just incredible (as always...). |
