I've finished my Murder cover today, man oh man what a joke

I think the music is decent for a beginner like me, but the problem is I absolutely can't grunt.

Well look, first I tried how it would be with clean vocals, but Murder simply NEEDS grunts, so I had no choice... Plus I can't even sing

And I'd put it on the net if I know some server. Although I don't like it when people listen to it... cos it's bad. I'm serious

And another idea for new participants: I think we should try to cover some VE songs to make it up-to-date (and show that we like the new album)! (though I think the older songs are easier..)

(don't forget, I'm a real amateur deluxe)
At the moment I'm recording Brave, it's going okay so far.
But in all my songs, bass will be recorded in one or two weeks or something. Oh And I've considered rerecording I Break and let my girlfriend sing it, so than we have a song with female vocals

(or a duet in the chorus *blinkblink* *pukepuke*)

No. But it's FUN.
(and a style doesn't necessarily lead to good or bad results..)
And I think serious musicians(or people) never get hurt by any kind of covers.. only teenage fans make a problem out of this..
Though I'm pretty sure that noone will make a rap song here..

Hello together,
I've finished my Omerta cover and it turned out pretty good as far as I can judge. I could upload it on Sunday.
I'd really like to see this compilation work and hope that many others will follow with doing songs. And someone finds webspace, and someone to do the cover artwork.

Lets make this nice gift to the Katatonia guys.

About the jewel box and sleeves.. It's early but: It should have Katatonia fonts used, some forum/web related graphics, some dark depressed design. Songs could be: "Forum name - real name - title - time". The inner pages or somewhere: little pic of our avatars.. Some design for the cd as well ..I have such adhesive circles. And contact info, link to here.
It would be really nice if band members dont listen to the songs before we give it them and stay away from our discussions until..!

I mean, is a booklet really needed? It's nothing professional anyway.
