Ditto, but I'm saddened by having to search around for the news :-) You need to sound the horn- this is indeed great news indeed! This band made a *huge* leap forward between The Silvery and The Great Divide so I'm very excited to hear what they do next.

Congrats all around- to Sensory, Suspyre, and us music lovers too!

Chris

Yeah, I later remembered Larry D's post on PM Rising. In any case, congrats again- that is most excellent.

New album song on Suspyre myspace!

Suspyre is very happy to announce that their new album, When Time Fades... is finally finished with recording, mixing and goes to mastering today (July 18th). The first song, "Possession", off of the new album can now be heard on their myspace page.

When Time Fades... is the third album from this up and coming progressive metal band that caught the attention of SENSORY RECORDS as an opening act for ZERO HOUR’s 2006 east coast tour of the US. The album will be released worldwide on September 30, 2008.

Returning to their New Jersey studio in 2007 to work on this new album, the band further refined and developed their own identity. The music grooves, has more metallic crunch and even demonstrates a broader range of styles. For this recording, the band is enhanced by the addition of drummer CHARLIE ZELENY (BEHOLD...THE ARCTOPUS, BLOTTED SCIENCE, JORDAN RUDESS) and a guest appearance by AMARAN’S PLIGHT female vocalist TRISHA O’KEEFE.

The album features stunning artwork from noted graphic designer GUSTAVO SAZES(FIREWIND, MYSTIC PROPHECY).

The new track does sound great. But I'll be honest it might be abit overly complex in some areas. But I dont think this band could ever put out a bad album.

I love overly complex

And it's funny because that song is one of the least complex on the album. It's such a mind trip; I can't wait for everyone to hear it!
