Just in case we're continuing this new tradition (I'll admit I'm enjoying learning what every one else is listening to), here's what I spun today:
1. Roine Stolt - The Flower King 2. Nevermore - This Godless Endeavor 3. Genesis - Three Sides Live 4. Fleetwood Mac - Rumors 5. Crises - Balance Prog on gents! ![]() ![]() |

Chrisg - re MORILD
Like Neoman, I have become quite attached to this 2CD release. It's very gentle traditionally-styled progressive rock. There is an excellent review over at Sea Of Tranquility, and I would concur with everything that Ryan Sparks has said in that. See: http://www.seaoftranquility.org/revi...ontent&id=9359 BTW, another great prog rock release that has recently come out is 'Charlestown' by Manning. Paul ![]() |

![]() After reading your post, I was inspired to put on the "Magician's Birthday Party" dvd. It's not Byron...but it's still a pretty good show. ![]() |

This is a funny thread. Today in the California Audio Labs multi-disk we have;
The Verve, "No Come Down" Opeth, "Damnation" Norman Brown, "After the Storm" This guys leads are sick. Smooth on the juice..! Frantic Bleep, " The Sense Apparatus" Drudhk, "Blood in Our Wells" This band is so unreal. The syncopation and flow are amazing. So completely beautiful. Any fans out there?? |

Today is a Styx kinda day...
Paradise single right now. Cornerstone & Pieces of Eight right before that. Earlier today I played Status Quo - In Search of the Fourth Chord three times in a row...
