I dig all the new star wars movies man for the action, I think that they do an ok with the action side as I think sci fi wise its possibly one of the shittest series' ever.
I will be letting out my wookie screams whenever I see Chewy. |

But yes, skepticism is something alot of us are holding in wake of this movie-giant. I'll be seeing it though, namely becuase i dont mind the new ones (to an extent) too much, though your right, they are pretty shit. It's just one of those huge things, even if it is likely to be shit, the movies (originals) were such a big part in everyones life and its interesting to see what Lucas is going to butcher next

I think they can pull it off. They made a good young Obi-Wan. Like how can you possibly follow in Sir Alec Guiness' path? But Ewan McGregor has done pretty well indeed.

Is Han even in it? Would he be old enough to play any part of the going ons? He'd be what, maybe 6 or 7 at the time? He's only a small time smuggler.

How much older is he then Luke? I took it that he was at least 7 years or more (seeing as Luke and Leia were 18 in the original and Han had to be at least 25) so yeah, he'd only be a kid at the time of ROTS.
Then again... Lucas found a way to include Chewie, I wouldn't put it past him finding some way to bring in Han. Speaking of Chewie... did they ever specify how old he is? I got the feeling he was around Han's age (something about his character that made me think this) but if he's fully grown in the prequels, that'd make him much, much older then Han |

I'm just hoping I don't go into labour between now and midnight Wednesday.I will put up with labour throughout the film then rush of to the hospital in time for the delivery. Or she will just have to be born in the middle of the movie theatre.
That will be a birth never to forget! Just as Darth Vader is born ![]() |

R2 & C3PO are suppose to be over a thousand years by the time of episode four. Fucking buollshit what they did to those two, butchered the entire fucking story having Anakin and 3PO come from Tatooine. <---- Jaded ex-fan.

Flavio (Sindablok manager/all-round top bloke) and Jeanette called their son Cory (after Slipknot) Anakin (after Star Wars). And that's a good example, because it doesn't draw attention to itself and it sounds nice. I's have met a couple you wanted to call their kid Boba (as in Fett) and friends of my's mate Little Doug called their youngest Darth (as in Vader) James (as in Kirk from Star Trek) Samwise (LoTR) O'Donald (which is their surname). That kid is gonna be shat on from a great height in school. Especially by the nerds -'cause they'll be looking for someone to pick on. As always said: people are too fucking strange sometimes. When all the books started coming out though...didnt Lucas say that the published books were the official back/after stories of everyone though? I'm positive I read that either on one of the books or in the cover, or somewhere years ago.
Seems like he saw the potential $$$'s with the new films...decided not to bother paying authors to adapt screenplays of their books and have a crack himself.
