Anyone heard of Rhapsody?

Good band. Just bought there new album and single.
Christopher Lee has an amazing voice, he does voice over for the album and sings on the single.
I've liked them for a few years now, ever since my brother introduced them to me.
Feel free to post your thoughts on this band.

I've never felt so repulsed yet humoured by the same band.

c'mon people their lyrics are chapers in the story of crapsody or something.

I've never felt so repulsed yet humoured by the same band.

the exact same thing came to my mind. lol.

but they must be doing something right, i know a fair few people who are into them, they just don't do it for me.

Not as cheesy as Rain of A Thousand Flames with the big pyro climax of four fucking explosions.
Don't even mention the shit that they were wearing in the clip.
So bad, it might be good bu certainly not good for your health -far, far, far too much cheesy!
And we all await Ravic to enter into this discusion.
Peace

not only did Christopher Lee do vocals, but he'll be getting up on stage with them at Earthshaker festival this July...

Man, I'm so tempted to go... this is one of a few bands that I've never been able to see live...

I'm sure they'd be awesome live..plus I love the footage of them at the last Wacken they played where all the guys in the crowd are waving plastic swords..

I quite like a spot of Rhapsody cheesiness. Have 3 of their albums.....Symphony of Enchanted Lands or whatever it's called is tremendous.

Ummm that sounds like cheesefest to the max. All they need is Blind Guardian and Freedom Call and Kraft and Bega will have to shut themselves down.

Yeah the videos are pretty fucking funny but I like Rhapsody a lot and is one of the main reasons I'm going to see them at Earthshaker (with Christopher Lee) as well as Nightwish, Children of Bodom and Manowar.

Rhapsody

Im not a huge fan but do have a couple of albums.
I do find them quite funny and cheesy though and I cant help laughing when I hear some songs. Theyve got to be crazy or accentric.
One thing like them or not you cant deny is that they are incredible musicians and their orchsetration is amazing.
Luca Turilli is very talented even if he does write songs about Ancient forests of Elves.
