Ok, so I'm going to update this every once in a while with bands I think everyone should check out.

First band off the ranks...

23/09/07 WHILE HEAVEN WEPT (US) - The Drowning Years (http://www.myspace.com/whileheavenwept)

I can only describe this as Epic Doomish Metal... you guys NEED to hear this. I recommend hearing the track 'The Drowning Years'

Haha, it was only a matter of time......

Not too bad. Vocals are different to what I was expecting based on the intro, but grow on me. Pretty melodic and (almost) upbeat for a doom band though.
The first track has a very similar feel to the no-longer Chalice of South Oz, IMO.
