I have only played Rugby League 2 once. Maybe I will get into it when the season starts again.

The rugby game is pretty much the same as 05, only difference really is quick line outs. But other than that, it is pretty much the same. Graphics are a little better to.

That sounds awfully familiar...

This time around I'm playing exclusively hardcore characters, which I'm remembering is an exercise in extreme annoyance. I've not got any past normal difficulty yet - lost two in act II (one to the Summoner, one to a group of unravelers in the tombs of Tal Rasha), one in act III (to those little explody undead skeleton things in the Durance) and one to Diablo himself. My current one is a golem-mancer about halfway through act V, about to come up against Nihlathak, so I fully expect him to be corpse-exploded into oblivion shortly.

If you're not playing hardcore characters, I also stumbled across an old and dusty backup CDR with my ex-boyfriend's old mules on it (he had a magicfind barbarian), so if you want to do any shopping, I've got an awful lot of... things. Lots and lots of things
Haha, funny that. Before I picked up WoW, I started up a hardcore Paladin (Level 14 at the moment) and a hardcore Sorceress (36 or so before, now 42). I've had a couple of close calls with the Sorceress, but all-in-all it's been pretty easy (Upto the Outer Cloister in Nightmare) so far, because I've gone Blizzard-spec... Which means around 1k (More if you factor in cold mastery) damage a second area of effect. Pretty much everything at the end of Act V dies in one blizzard, except Baal and the Tormentor, which is great because I've been doing Baal runs for items and easy exp. Got it down to under 5 minutes a run.

I might start playing the Paladin again, if only to check out how an avenger (Main attack is vengence, with a conviction aura and resist auras for synergies. So a character based around elemental damage)build works.

I have never been good at Paladins. I'm also not very good at necros, so I'm not sure why I chose one for my current hardcore, but go figure. This one isn't doing too badly - I've discovered I love iron golems, you might as well have a little tank following you around.

I found I preferred a combo sorceress - my sorc (non-hardcore) is ice + lightning, and for some reason I always liked frozen orb much more than blizzard. My best character was always the bowazon though

I have an addiction for games like Age of Empires (especially the first edition) and Warcraft (all of them).

Been really playing a lot of WWE: Smackdown vs. RAW: 2006 a lot of late. Borrowed it off my's new flatmate. Very fun game. This is probably the best wrestling game ever -excepting those dodge old WWF arcade games from the early 90's.
The best part of it in my's opinion is the Create-A-Wrestler function because there is so much detail to exploit. From facial features and clothings, to details such as tattoo and individual fightning moves and favourites (so the computer can use them often -good for tag team battles).
It's actually such a good system that I's managed to make near prefect replicas of my's self and my's fellow band members -Teighan and Danny- as well as other characters plucked straight from my;s mind.
One fault with the CAW system is you are limited by certain factors -such as when you design a female wrestler, she has to be based on an ultra feminine model. Such as belly/waist to hips ratio and so forth. Now, Teighan is a big girl but the game won't let you get her proportions correct because they are not 'feminine' based.
Oh, well.
The other great thing about it is how well the Superstars (normal wrestlers) are captured -both in terms of face, expression and motion.
The main problem with this game is a sloppy colistion problem and slightly less than reliable grapple system (who grabs who first style of thing). But besides that, 'tis an excellent game.
Peace

Yes pimp tis a cool game I play this with my boys every so often, as usual they kick me arse.
I love the match up when two females wrestle and they use pillows and you win by taking your opponents gear off.... no nudity so far they always have a little something underneath....funny thing is that my Boys did that as the first match up and when Dad did it I though i found something special, but no " Aww dad we did that weeks ago" .

Yeah, I used to have an Ice/Fire sorceress... But that was before 1.9 or whichever version it was that totally nerfed them with the totally immune monsters thing. Kinda ruined my cold mastery/frozen orb combo. I used to be an orb fan, but then I read up on the maths of it all, and Blizzard does a fuckton more damage than orb with synergies and everything... Plus it's got a bigger AoE, so you can kill everything on your screen at once. Until you come up against cold immunes, anyway.
