SONATA ARCTICA albumname, tracklist and tourdates

Finland’s melodic metallers Sonata Arctica have finished the recording of their upcoming album “Winterheart’s Guild”. The release date is set to be February 22nd in Japan and March 17th in Finland.

The album will have guest appearances by keyboardist Jens Johansson (Stratovarious), who plays on four of the tracks. The band has now found a new keyboardist; Henrik Klingenberg, who earlier played in Silent Voices and Requiem.

10 tracks have been recorded, here are the names (not in corrected order yet):

- Abandoned, Pleased, Brainwashed, Exploited
- Broken
- The Cage
- Champagne Bath
- Draw Me
- Gravenimage
- The Misery
- The Ruins of My Life
- Silver Tongue
- Victoria's Secret

In other news, SONATA ARCTICA will be embarking on a Japanese tour during April, reports blabbermouth.net. The confirmed dates are:

Apr. 04 - Tokyo, JAP @ Shibuya AX
Apr. 05 - Nagoya, JAP @ Club Quattro

I really like this album, opening track is one of their best! First heard of them around three years ago and started looking for more of their stuff, fell in love with their music after Shy and FullMoon.
