JUGULUR is rolling out new music soon

Inland Empire, CA - Like the anticipation of thunder after a flash of lightening, metal enthusiasts worldwide have been awaiting the next great jolt of electricity that will breath new life into the genre. We need wait no longer. Like the musical mad scientist that he is, Monster has combined technology and ingenuity to create an unworldly myriad of sounds never before heard. “Monster is crazy!” muses Tony de la Rosa, artist rep for Samick Corporation. “He’s a one man noise machine, like the Tom Morello of bass.” Ben Cole, Artist rep for GHS/Rocktron agrees, describing Monster as “a great mix of Geezer Butler and Tom Morello.”

The opening sounds of JUGULUR’s 2003 release “Torn” left listeners staggered, trying to decipher how those sounds were made. JUGULUR’s live show allowed fans to watch the madman at work, stomping on a slew of pedals arranged on the unique PSG Pedaltrain, held together by SnapJack patchchords and guitar chord connecting to his oversized bass, “The Recluse”, designed by Monster and created by Ron Estrada of Mammoth Guitars.

Grammy award winning producer Jeff Weber explains, “Monster is a one of a kind bass player. He is taking the bass far beyond the one dimensional instrument that people know.” Monster has taken the instrument to an entirely new level, including wielding a 12-string bass with a limitless range never before heard.

The air is filled with the buzz of electricity. With the new music ready to drop in January, JUGULUR features the adroit guitar licks of Riga, gritty vocals by MadCoal, and the intense syncopation of guest drummer Mike Dupke (W.A.S.P.) Like Dr. Frankenstein, Monster is ready to his release his newest creation, exclaiming “It’s alive!” Lightening has struck; the thunder has arrived…
