Ah, 'k, just thought you were being sarcastic there.
Setlist was: Beyond Within The River Dragon Has Come Your Poison Throne Born Emptiness Unobstructed Inside 4 Walls The 7 Tongues of God The Termination Proclamation This Godless Endeavor The Heart Collector The Obsidian Conspiracy Enemies of Reality Show was awesome, Warrel's voice was great, even though he missed a few lyrics here and there, but who cares with a voice like that? Jeff and Jim were impeccable as always, Van crushed everyone on drums, and Attila did a great job too - you could tell he loved every minute of being onstage. Personal Crowning Moment of Awesome was when Warrel, during Enemies of Reality, pointed at me and mouthed "ELSTORMO?" Didn't know he could actually see us with the lights and all (although he may have been tipped off by my sudden scream during a silent moment of "PAN-CAKE NIP-PLES!"), but that he actually recognized me was awesome ![]() Saw Iris too, pictures will be posted after I've slept ![]()

Oh christ! Do i hate the camera eye and Biebob for being such a sauna :/
Yup, setlist was good.
The band was solid, although i thought they played a bit reserved in the beginning. Which i can imagine, since there are new songs and a guest guitarist on the bill. But along the gig, they loosened up. Van, solid as always, gave me a big 'Hello Iris' grin and worked his ass off during the show. I loved to see the huge smile on Atilla's face during the whole gig and he and Jim played with much energy. I hardly caught a glimps of Jeff yesterday, since he never leaves his spot and i was standing right in front of Atilla. WD missed a few lines here and there and he made a bit of an absent impression on me, compared to other gigs i've seen of Nevermore. On the contrary, his voice is in utter condition and that what he gave, was to the fullest. I loved the high pitched vocals and if there might be anybody out there that doubts if he can pull through a new Sanctuary album, i hereby declare he can do it. Too bad the vocal sounds weren't well balanced. It took the soundengineer 3 songs to get the sound somewhat reasonable but along the show, it went from sometimes way too soft, till way too hard. Nevertheless, it was great to see Nevermore live again after 5 years. It was due to reading WD's lips that said 'El Stormo' that i was able to find him. Always a good experience to meet another forum member! My pics turned out way too blurry and i now know again, why i never take pictures during live shows. Anyway, these were the only 3 worth posting. ![]() ![]() ![]()
