Jim Marshall died today

RIP, Jim. You were probably the most influential person in the sound of the modern rock guitar.

Great thing about the ad for Marshall amps: there's not one Marshall amp on that picture.

Hahahaha it's true! That's why I have a Marshall cab and a Peavey 6505+.

Still, for that old 70's and 80's sound, there's nothing like Marshall.

All the best - my first amp was an MG30 and I was a 13 year old that was happy as a clam and that remains true to this day.

Les Paul, Leo Fender, Jim Marshall. Unbelievable contributions to music.

I had a Marshall half stack 4x12 and used a Peavy 5150. Had to sell it though :<
