ALTAR was formed in 2003 by Yagiz Erdemir and Alper Tansel as "Deathwish".The name after changed to "Existence" and finally to "ALTAR"...In early days ALTAR s main sound was "Thrash metal" First year some line-up changes have been made...Had countless concerts with countless good bands..ALTAR is on the way with full force since 2003... ALTAR has released a 5 song EP "TRIBE" in February 2005.. After their first Ep they decided to change their sound in a more technical,more extreme and an experimental way..."Mathcore" would be a good definition for it. ALTAR is Mathcore based band.There are lots of musical influences and experimental diffrences in their sound... ...MATHCORE FROM TURKEY... And Finally in 2007 new EP "THE END" is in stores now..! 5 songs of Technical Brutality!
