A new Melodic Death Metal band (sounds a bit like a mix of Maiden,Opeth,InFlames...)

We just finished recording our 1st demo.. 3 songs were recorded. If you like Opeth, DT, In Flames, you should like what we do.. We come from Montreal...

Hey! Like the sound of the band... thought the post belonged in the New Bands Showcase forum more than GMD though! Don't worry, I left the original post in GMD as well - twice the promotion!
Any chance of blagging a copy of the demo? I could review it for the site then. I haven't been hearing enough melodic death recently!

very cool stuff! The musicianship was impeccable and the recording was nice and clear, yet still heavy. I'm not much of a death metal guy, so I cant give a good opinion of the vox, they sounded sincere to me... but I'm probably not the best judge. the songwriting was very good... all around a great bit of music!

Yeah, I agree this is excellent stuff, I can really hear the opeth in it. Sounds slightly darker though which is also a good thing.
Can't say I'm too keen on the clean vocals, but hey thats not because they're not well sung just not my thing.
