I had no idea that tomy didnt play because I came into the stage area like 2 minutes late. I saw him wearing the cloak all weekend so I assumed he played.

That is very sad. I would be extremly pissed off if they did that to my kid.

Tomy did play, and did a really awesome job. In fact it set the bar for the rest of the weekend.

Yes Tomy Played, read that a bit more, I packed a lot of details in each sentence, it seems some of them are being misunderstood!

Sounds to me like an unfortunate misunderstanding more than anyone in particular being assholes. They got cold feet and probably didn't realize how important it was to Lance and Tomy. That comes from being younger guys most likely. No real bad guys here based on what I read. Lance showed a lot of class in that interview, he really seems to have told the story without demonizing anyone.
