One of the best bands ever. Steven Wilson is an absolute genious. Listen to them every day for the past 4 years and still not sick of them. I could care less what anyone else thinks of them on here either considering most probably hate them but whatever.

I don't think PT are a hated band in the metal community. It happens to be one of the few non-metal bands that metalheads can listen without not feeling "evil", especially for softer metal followers, who are the majority of people that are into metal...dream theater, helloween and so on...

Obviously if someone is a die-hard supernecro Darkthrone worshipper, he's going to talk shit about PT, but you can't expect more from people that paint their faces like panda bears...
