The Ween Thread
I think someone might have made a Ween thread before but it got deleted/lost. Props to Satanstoenail for mentioning this band. Anyway I've recently really been digging their album Quebec and I'm looking to get some of their other stuff.
Who else likes these goofy fuckers?

I'm not really a ween fan, but I'm a big fan of Adam Phillips and he did one of their music videos.

Funny you posted this video cause this is one of the songs I'm hooked on right now. It sounds like nothing else I've ever heard. They have such a wide range of style to their music.

I've never listened to Ween before, but I like that song. I'll have to check back here and see what people say.

One of my favourite bands. They're pretty ridiculous and make no sense most of the time, but they're just so much fun that it doesn't even matter. As Belligerent said, they go from one style to another frequently, which is one of the things I love about them.
Stuff like Voodoo Lady is just plain catchy, while stuff like Push Th' Little Daisies is just hilarious
Considering their albums, they haven't had a "bad" one imo. Chocolate and Cheese, however is a must have, and I also love Pure Guava and The Mollusk.

I love Ween, but I only have Chocolate & Cheese, Shinola and 12 Golden Country Greats, all of which I'd highly recommend.
Check out Gabrielle, off Shinola. Phil Lynott would be proud.
