My comments were strictly about the theme song sticking in your head for hours... I have nothing against the "good message" they are preaching...

I have to comment about comparing the VT's "message" with "HS musical and such" being wrong since it's comparing two completely different things so I don't understand why you presented it as a factor....

I compared the 2 because children who you think were too young to watch high school musical are falling in love with it. i know 4 year old children who are fans of HSM, IMO HSM is something for older children.

Recently got Focus by Cynic after seeing them at Wacken. Seeing them with Opeth in london soon and can't wait for Traced In Air.

You're confused because I was the one who brought up HS Musical since my 4 year old daughter has been in "love" with it for a while now which means I'm subjected to the sound track cd...

What age do you think is good for HS musical?

id say 9-12. just my opinion. thats cool if ur child is into it at that young of age, i just feel that a child that young might not understand a lot of the subject matter. the relationships, falling in love and such...but im not trying to tell u how to raise ur child, like i said, my 4 year old niece adores it as well.

Christian Zehnder - Kraah

A Swiss singer doing experimental stuff with vocals against a smooth jazzy background.

Diablo Swing Orchestra - Butcher's Ballroom

Madita - Too

Van Canto - Hero

The music world being so dominated nowadays by the US and GB i'm a little proud that the last four albums i bought are a) neither from US nor GB and b) all from different countries (germany, sweden, switzerland, austria). also, my other recent aquisitions seem to be a little more internationally diversified. what with Alcest from France and Riverside from Poland or Rodrigo Y Gabriela from Mexico/Ireland to name a few. Maybe that's because of the way i learn about new music nowadays, which is through internet mostly.
