The most recent records I've bought are Dark Tranquillity's "Character"
and Blackwater Park's "Dirt box" (no, not Opeth, the german group).

Now I'm gonna buy both "Materia" and "Novembrine waltz" of Novembre.

Portishead isn't exactly obscure. I'd be surprised if anyone who was musicially conscious during the 90's didn't know them.
