I haven't found any better site for videos than youtube.com. If there is a video made for a band that more than 20 people listen to then it is probably on youtube.

you cant but you can actually contact the person who uploaded it and ask them to send it to you.

Actually theres a website where you put in the link for video on youtube and it downloads it for you.. dont remember the link but search for it
