Yeah Family Guy gets very predictable. It can be kinda fun but it is just not anywhere near as well written as shows like the Simpsons and Futurama. Nor as well animated or voiced. Loads of Family Guy voices are done by people with such a small range that you can always tell they are the same person. That is one thing that amazes me about Futurama and The Simpsons, some of the actors on those shows are incredible. Especially Billy West on Futurama, that man is not human when it comes to doing crazy voices.

I can't believe some people don't like the new episodes. But then again I live in Belgium so what is new for me is probably old for you americans. I'm still waiting for the Immortal guest appearance episode.

^ Nah that would just be part of my ultimate simpson episode. Actually Immortal has to be part of my dream episode of any comedic series. They are the very definition of comedy imo.

with the simpsons...you typically identify with one character for personal reasons.

if youre a father, you identify probably with homer, or flanders. or maybe even mr. burns depending on how bad a dad you are.
