Thread to list all metal genres

This is a sort of a game where we try to list as many metal genres and subgenres as possible. When you name a genre, you must also name a band which represents the genre. For example if you know that there is a band called "Brazilian Wax" which plays jazzy semi-death rainforest metal, you must name both the band and the genre

There must be dozens or hundreds metal genres in the universe. How many can we name? The rules are that only one band/genre can be mentioned in a message. That's because we want this "fun" last a little longer than two minutes. OK, I'll start with an easy one.
