Solefald : Red for Fire

I bought this album quite a while ago but I've just begun liking it, and now I'm really in love with it! Sun I Call, Survival of the Outlaw, Where Birds Have Never Been, White Frost Queen, There is Need and Crater of the Valkyries are magnificent!

What do you guys think about this album?
And I'd be glad if someone could recommend some bands/artists that sounds similar

shitty band and album. i want to stab the vocalist in the throat.

I wanted it to be better than it is. It has its moments, I guess. Interesting incorporation of saxophone in metal. I think that's why I might listen to it once in a blue moon.

lol I agree that the grim deep vocals suck balls but I really love the clean vocals and music xP

Solefald are kickass but Red for Fire was a massive let down.

I want the madness of The Linear Scaffold back!
