Thurisaz

Kill the street team topic, I'm in charge now, hahaha...

Belgian based Thurisaz is about the take over the rest of the world. They've just done a outstanding performance at the prestigious Graspop Metal Meeting and returned from some American dates with Novembers Doom. Earlier this year Thurisaz was part of a European tour with also Novembers Doom, Saturnus and Agalloch. This all to promote their second piece of art, entitled "Circadian Rhythm", out on Shiver Records April 2007.
~ Much recommended for fans of Agalloch, Empyrium, Opeth, Katatonia, Novembre, Novembers Doom or just atmospheric/progressive dark metal in general. (Northern Metal)

Outstanding Band.
Circadian Rhythm has been on constant play since I got it. In order to promote them a little further I joined the StreetTeam and will be passing out flyers at the upcoming Katatonia show at Pearl Room in Mokena, IL.

Hail Thurisaz!!!

How is November 2006 "earlier this year"?

I second the "Hail Thurisaz!" though. Sold another copy of "Circadian Rhythm" yesterday.

Oh, and I ordered Novembers Doom again, since I was all out of your albums. Just thought I'd mention that before you thought those Flemings were shamelessly invading your forum.

Thurisaz is an amazing, and very hard working band. These guys could be one of the top metal bands in time. Shit, give them a few years, and we'll be asking them if we could open for their tours. I can't say enough about these guys.

Paul is right. They bust their asses, and it shows! They're a great live band, and worth seeing when they come to your area.

The difference between Thurisaz and Turisas is noticed by people with good eyesight. The names are similar, like Opeth and Otep.

Thurisaz = awesome / Turisas = Meh

And the difference is that Thurisaz is very good, and Turisas is very bad.

Well I haven't heard Thurisaz before, but it sounds promising. I like the folk edge of Turisas though. I tend to like stuff others don't.
