Cynic - Traced in Air (I swear I could almost hear some Novembre influence, eventho I'm doubtful about Cynic members knowing about Novembre, there's a few parts which remember me of the "new Novembre style") - AWESOME ALBUM!
U2 - Discography
Labyrinth - Freeman (melodic metal from italy)

You guys around here share some quite good stuff!! I just became a fan of gifts from enola and if my wife wasn't around, I would've probably check each and every band! I will, one of these days, just check through all the pages of this thread and hear everyband that you've shared here, as I'm in serious need for some inspiring music. :-)

I've been a lot into NEKTAR. What a great band! I've listening carefully their discography and the ones I like the most are these:

Journey to the Centre of the Eye (1971)
A Tab in the Ocean (1972)
Remember the Future (1973)
Recycled (1975)
Magic is a Child (1977)

Another excellent recommendation is Maudlin of the Well and their brilliant comeback: Part the Second.

Hi, just wanted to check back into this forum as I have been gone from UM for quite some time. So off we go with another really meaningful post, just like in the old times

i'm currently into Primordial stuff a lot, don't really know why but the overall roughness of the music appeals somehow.

I don't know what's happened to my metal side but lately I've been having a strong electro- and nu-jazz-season
bands and artists like:
The Cinematic Orchestra
Jaga Jazzist
Röyksopp
Xploding Plastix
Bonobo
Amon Tobin
Red Snapper

Just amazing stuff, almost epic.
