Oak Knoll Staff Meeting Agendas

I know Ulas has been asking for a meeting. I guess we just need to pick a day. We can do an IM meeting (aim?). To start it will be Ulas, William, & me. Maybe we'll bring in Peccath. Here are the items I want to talk about:

Increase sales
- how - where - getting others to help
promotion
- ideas - where -street teams?
communications
- website - forums
trades
- revisit process - making it less of what we do (push wholesale)
networking with bands
- new projects, signings
shows?
staff
-formalizing roles - bringing new people on - delegating duties
- compensation
your ideas here

when can you guys meet?

Jeremy and I talked about doing this monday...10am our time..which means...4pm your time Ulas? (I'm not 100% sure with the time zone that Turkey is in)
